Return Policy

At Couture Studio, we respect and value every customer.  If you are not satisfied with your clothing or shoes purchase, we will accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange.  No returns accepted for handbags, jewelry and accessories.  Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Please submit a request for return and if approved, we will send you our return shipping address.

Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn, undamaged, saleable, and with original tags and packaging (if applicable).

Altered apparel, special orders and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.

Couture Studio reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

A return fee of $9.95 will apply for all items returned after 15 days of delivery.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.
